My wife is part Thai and has had two sets of implants, both done in Thailand with the same surgeon. The originals were absolutely brilliant and you couldn't fault the shape or the workmanship.
After a couple of kids she had a revision with the same surgeon going up to 380cc's. (I didn't understand it at the time, but that is about as far as this particular surgeon will go.)
The result was a mess. Apart from a catastrophic asymetery (resulting in another revision on one side the next day) they are still asymetric, a poor shape, and with implants that are way too small for the breast sacks.
We sent a letter to the cosmetic surgery department at Bumrungrad with photos both of other girls whose breast shape that my wife liked and photo's of her that we had played with in Photoshop to illustrate the sort of look that she wanted. Large (perhaps as much as 800cc we said), but these days nothing out of the ordinary.
Bumrungrad circulated their cosmetic surgeons and came back with a decisive NO. The best that one doctor offered was perhaps 600cc.
We e-mailed several other Thai doctors elsewhere with exactly the same information. A couple replied quite well, but when we looked for references they were very mixed. The others essentially said that they would indicate nothing until my wife visited in person, which was not very satisfactory as we live 7,000 miles away.
At present we have an appointemet booked with Eddie Dona in Sydney. He appears to go well over 1000cc's and there's some nice work on his facebook and on his website. Reveiws are mostly OK too.
