I appreciate your opinion. However with her nipples on the top halves of her breasts, she looks like she's bottoming out. Also, more difficult to show cleavage with nipples up so high.
for the cleavage in bra issue, you're totally right.
however judging from that picture alone, she doesn't exhibit the usual details that come with bottoming out, i think she really just has low pockets. the roundness of the bottom part of her boobs, her "crease" is clearly defined, and there's not a iota of double bubble. if she's bottoming out, it's subtle alright!
also, one thing i try to keep in mind is i try not to point out complications (i don't say i never did, maybe, but i try not to), or even less potential "maybe" complications, to a girl that may very well be very happy about her boobs, because it might then make her focus on that aspect and stop being happy about them.
overall i think she looks amazing, and to tell you the truth, her results look a lot like mine, so i feel a bit concerned. i'm also pretty tall and i do like my breasts position. any higher and i would've been pissed. i actually liked their lower position when i had complications, just not the fact that they weren't at the same height. i was quite a bit disappointed when my surgeon told me he had to raise both breasts after my repairs, i thought he'd just bring the lowest one to the position of the other one, but he had to raise them both: they were both bottoming out.
sorry for the long post, i wasn't able to summarize better, lol
