Ok...
Consultation was really positive. He was very, very attentive to her questions and together we all came to the decision on the surgical plan.
She is currently a 34 B/C in the right breast and 34 D in the left breast. She wants to be a symmetric 34 D post surgery but with higher, perkier and more youthful breasts.
The plan is therefore to perform an anchor mastopexy reduction on the left breast and a mastopexy on the right breast to achieve symmetry then, insert 250 or 275 cc round, moderate plus or high profile implants partially submuscular in placement.
He will order in 225, 250 and 275 cc implants in moderate plus and HP then make a decision on the best fit when he's done the initial evening-out and inserted a sizer.
We both think he's paid attention to her wants and needs and are really comfortable that he will do the best job for her possible.
Anything else, just ask.
