http://i.imgur.com/PouTF.gifWell, here's the basics on how to make these things..
- Open a .gif in Photoshop (CS recommended)
- Make sure you have the Window -> Animation toolbox open, which will display the slides across the bottom of the workspace
- If you are starting with a ready-made gif, the slides will appear as numbered layers giving you options for duration displayed among other things. If you want to make a gif from a video, I can explain that too, but let's try to stay focused here...
- When set up properly, animation mode will display the layers in a series one at a time to make the animation of the gif. What you perform in PS will only effect a layers when both it is selected as the functioning layer and it's slide is selected as the functioning slide
- I find that the best tool for manipulating multiple near-identical layers consistently and as well as possible to be the Filter -> Distort -> Sphereize and using a round selection tool with a feathering of between 3 and 5 px depending on image size. Select the area you want the boob to fill and Spherize in the 30-60 range or else you'll get a meniscus effect around the edges. For slimming down waists I start with 15-30 and work up. It's easier to go back and do multiple passes than to do a series of operations to 30 layers and realize you messed it all up. Use a Pinch or Liquefy, or even cut and paste with some numerical transform if you like, whatever suits you best.
- Now, the tricks to the tediousness of repeating the same filter action to trace the movement are fairly simple. First, only work on one part at a time - typically waist, background boob, then foreground boob. Don't deselect or reselect between frames to ensure consistent sizing, and count arrow bumps of the selection in X and Y directions (5 up by 3 right per frame, for example) and remember that big parts have a lot of momentum
Keep your mousestrokes and clicks to a minimum to avoid confusing undo's. If you need to add canvas size to make room for the selected area, just go back and crop it later as it will effect all the frames together.
- When you've got her the shape you want her, go to File -> Save for Web & Devices. Make sure to size less than 2 mb for hosting purposes and save as .gif format
I can talk about hot to make things swing around convincingly and make things like pussies and taints flex, but this is already too much typing for now. I hope this leads you down a whole new realm of morphing delight!
