Another INTJ here.  What a statistical oddity.

Yup, another INTJ. They are usually the majority in most forums where that poll is posted. I think it's just kinda frequent among internet-nerds, which kinda makes sense, if you think about it.

I guess if you think about it, everything about INTJ is analytical and comparative... so whereas most men are biologically inclined to prefer nice boobs, we are the ones who are easily thrown off by defects or deficiencies relative to our expecations of good.

I would imagine a forum about the perfect ass would be similar as well... even if we disagreed over what that meant, we tend to be the ones who can't help but analyze them carefully as opposed to "peripherially" if you will.

You should add an option for 'never tested myself/don't know/never heard of it' to get a more accurate picture, the types of people who are inclined to take the test will skew the results pretty heavily I suspect ;)

Rockin' out as an INFP all the way! My Myers-Briggs type only comprises about 4.5% of the population as well. ;)

Perfection is what you make of it. For me, "perfect" is inclusive and all-encompassing, but the sky's the limit. ;)

It's interesting that most are INTJ, it's the most rare type,  only 1~4% of population is INTJ. :)

I was a psych minor and am into M/B.   I could probably think of a few theories for this.   The first one that stands out is that INTJs like to participate in internet forums!   They can have the type of subtantive or intelligent conversations that they like in forums on topics of their interest, without having to deal with the awkwardness of trying to socialize in person and speak about difficult topics.

Just as a little exhibit, check out the numbers in this INTJ forum!   https://intjforum.com/   Look at the staggering number of people introducing themselves, people posting about relationships, etc

I'm an ENFP.   We are barely even represented in the poll  :)     Extroverts are underepresented in this group, and Feelers are hardly represented at all!

I'll give you a couple quick theories on that:

Extroversion would be the more obvious one - we are more likely to be socializing in other ways compared to posting on forums.   For example, I just spent a week vacation with 15 friends doing everything together and I forgot entirely about internet forums during that period  :)

Feelers (this one might be more interesting.)   I feel somewhat guilty at times about my preference for fake boobs.   It can be difficult for me to just like them without feeling the ramifications of doing so.   For example, I've had a couple girlfriends who were mildly interested in getting implants, and I was constantly torn between encouraging them further, and feeling like it might be bad for her if I started suggesting she ought to change who she is.   I also worry sometimes that if I look at too many fake boobs or socialize too much with other fake boob lovers, then I will become even more oriented towards physical ideals than I already am.

I also tend to get viscerally worried about a model, or unable to look at her, if she crosses a line of too much surgery that I feel may be "unhealthy" for her (or demonstrate that she may be unhealthy.)  Barbie Bennett, for example, actually makes me a bit uneasy with her degree of bimbofication / quest to look like a doll.

Anyway, one possibility for the dominance of Thinkers in TPB is that Thinkers have an easier time just enjoying their own physical preferences without necessarily getting feelings about it involved.   There's also possibly something about the quest for physical perfection that is inherently somewhat rational or scientific.

I hope you found this minority TPB perspective to be interesting!

i don't know exactly how to interpret this, but here's what i got:

ISFJ

Princess DJ, I totally recognized you as a fellow "Feeler" when you have had these times when you start to consider whether you want to remain active in the forum, or whether you need to take a break for a while.   Sometimes I've noticed that you (like me) just get too "weirded out" by some girls getting too extreme.   I've also noticed how at times that you just get exhausted from one guy after another writing things like "darnit, I wish she would have gone up to 1500cc!". (in the same manner that someone might discuss a business transaction.)

Yeah, welcome to "Feeler-land"!    There are actually a few of us here.   ;-)

you're probably right and yes i'm so weirded out when things go out of hands, and when safety and common sense is thrown out of the window. getting bigger boobs can be fun, but it can also be difficult and CAN turn out bad. there are real risks and "going bigger" is never an easy decision and should never be taken lightly. thanks for your take on this :)
