If you can't source one of these devices, there are quite a few 3d printed versions on Thingiverse and other web sites. Many of these use a stepper motor and a microcontroller so it might be a bit of a challenge to get put together. If you have a printer or access to one and the skills there is no reason you can't put one together. If not, I'm certain there are many that would be interested in printing and assembling a device for you.

my problem is the delay , i think i could do it , but my op is in 1 month , and my first "home fill" will be in mid 2023/01
not sure if i would have time to do it , including the fact that i will be a little tirex unable to use my arm for 15 days

I think you are looking for an infusion pump. Syringe pumps may only flow at 5cc per hour.
Check eBay, they have infusion pumps there, look to spend about 300$USD. A high volume infusion pump will be more efficient than one that uses the syringe, and will do fills much quicker. Especially if you can get IV bags prescribed. Check the max flow rate on the machine's specifications.
You can also gravity feed with an IV bag relatively hands free, although it will be much slower than a pump.
