My wife is interested in having a breast augmentation and possibly a full mommy makeover. She’s afraid of the recovery and because of this is unwilling to travel outside the DMV area to have this done. I have been looking on Realself at surgeons in the area and Dr. Franklin Richards in Bethesda is so far the front runner. I was wondering if anyone on here had experience in this area and could venture a suggestion before I scheduled a consultation. I am hoping to have the consult in the near future so we can have the procedure done in the dead of winter and hopefully be recovered by next summer. My budget for both the MM including the BA is around 15-20K. Thanks!
