Best free editing App?

Pixlr used to be my go to. But they have since taken away the ability to growing/shrink parts of the photo or morph it out manually. What sites or apps still have this feature?

GIMP has worked on their distortion tool quite a bit, it's quite usable at this point, although not as intuitive or smooth in usage as Photoshop.

One quick trick is to roughly copy and paste the part you want to morph as a new layer. Then do with it as you wish and finally trim the edges with eraser and whatever you need to fit the underlying original image. Very easy to do somewhat seamless morphs that don't warp the whole image.

There is no substitute for Photoshop...

GIMP is about the only substitute for free that has the tools you'll need. I second KD's suggestion.
