You've really taken the ball and rolled with this. Kudos to the excellent work you've done.
I'm wondering if I can make one small suggestion; when you lighten the whites of these models eyes (Denise in particular), might I suggest that you try to lighten the original color by subtle shades, rather than replacing them entirely with white. I typically sample the original color (which may be quite different from white) and move it towards a lighter color, but not to an extreme. Also, I try to retain the original shading proportion so that the outer edges of the eyes remain darker than the portion right next to the iris. If the lightened color is too consistent (i.e., uniform), as in the picture above, it tends to give the eyeball a two dimensional appearance which (IMO) looks kinda scary.
