The expressions are getting better too, but I think the mouth is somewhere where the contour and shadowing aren't kind of clicking yet... you have my sympathies though, getting big lips to work with normal expressions is super hard; love where you've gotten to as well!

I would suggest Saanvi visit my friend Lakshmi’s plastic surgeon for a revision. A bigger implant should smooth things out. While getting work done anyways, it would make sense to finally fix her nose and teeth that I know have been bothering her. Saanvi deserves to splurge on improving herself if she ever hopes to get a new boy toy.

Managed an interesting workaround for Photoshop's generative fill nsfw restrictions. So, I made two renders: one clothed, one not. Used the clothed picture to create a generative fill background, brought in the unclothed and tweaked the mask for the topless version. Voilà. The results are pretty stunning.
