Thanks for the Aletta Black recommendation; I'd never heard of her but she is hot! Another person that arguably meets the criteria is Autumn Blair; she's heavily into fitness (not really my thing) but is thin, with huge implants, and is only five feet tall.

I'm curious what thoughts are on a new category or section featuring more models like this?  It's become increasingly hard to find models (amateur and other) that have extremely thin bodies.  Mainly due to the backlash of anorexia in teens I believe.  One could argue there are extreme forms of all these fetishes that push the boundaries of health - so I do recognize the concern around promoting the "Thinspo" or "Pro-ana" threads.  But it would be nice to be able to more easily find women in this category and support them for who they are / want to be.

Thoughts?

I'll also bump this and ask if there are other Ultra Skinny Women out there that you all follow & would share

Yes, I would like a section dedicated to skinny models.
There are a lot of skinny girls with pretty breast implants.
It just has to be safe for the girl's health.
Some of them already have a dedicated page on TPB, for examples:
When girls are skinny, her implants looks even larger.

The skinnier the girl and the bigger her implants, the higher the percentage of silicone in her body!  A nice skinny girl with nice big breast and butt implants can be 10% silicone or more!

For me, it's the silicone that turns me on, not the girl's natural flesh.  The bigger the implants and skinnier the girl, the more of what's hot and the less of what's not.
