I was so hoping my wife's PS would give her the original set of implants she had when he did a revision to a larger size on her. She asked for them, but he said he couldn't give them to her due to state laws on medical biohazard disposal.

Really wanted to get some pics of her with those.

There are different scenarios:

A girl posing with her future implants, just before her plastic surgery
A girl posing with her old implants, after having breast implants removed (it's sad to have to remove them, but sometimes necessary for health)
A girl who poses with her old implants, after a breast implant replacement and we naturally hope for an update

I actually saved the original image. It is from a plastic surgeon by the name of Lewis Albert Andres, MD. He mostly does reconstructive surgeries and participated in a trial with Mentor with XL silicone implants. I asked him when this was up on his Instagram page and he said the one on the right is 1400cc.
