Will expander lip implants be possible in the future?

Isn't that essentially what filled lips already are? I mean, lips get a filler injection & then if the person involved wants more, they just pump more in.

And so on. No need for a shell.

Nope. The commonly used, readily available, medically safe fillers all dissolve.

Small tissue expanders exist. It's just a question of whether they could be applied to lip expansion.

Have you explored the possibility?

Nope. What would be the value of distorting the lip with a metered implant that must have an obvious inlet port, when injections, which are in common use and safe, are inexpensive and readily available?
