You can certainly get implants done at a lot less expensive places. My wife's 450cc implants were $4k in a smaller city (>10 years ago) by a nationally known surgeon with tons of travel in patients. I know that you're going to pay that much or more in New York or Beverly Hills. I don't have a good handle for costs across the country, but if you watch the second Borat movie the price quoted was something like $20K in a suburb of Houston, a much less expensive area than the costal cities...
This woman has her procedure done at a hospital and she mentions the anesthesiologist by name. That is much more expensive (and much safer) than using a doctor's surgery center as my wife did.
It's a lot of cash but whenever my wife is ready for her re-do (it's time) I would gladly pay $10-15K for the outcome this woman had.....
