from your own account? that should be easy, go to your own clips, select the one you want to delete and click at the delete button below the clip.

no sadly not - this has been an ongoing saga for me - approached and threatened by someone to remove videos but this site doesn't allow removal - ask you to contact support which I have  - must be 2-3 months now and no joy having them removed

You need to send them a DMCA notice to copyrightagent@friendfindernetwork.com
It can only be done that way. They're operating in the USA, so DMCA law applies to them, they have to obey, or you can sue them.
