Which Software
« on: July 17, 2020, 04:16:06 pm »
Hello

I am searching a program for morphing pictures. There are so many, I have no idea which to choose. I need it to morph pictures, for example a distorted house, to make a uneven street, to morph a face, to change some elements on a picture. Its to make pictures to show patients with visual problems, for education students and people to understand how somebody with visual disturbances sees. Anybody can help me out? It (the program) shouldn't be too complicated, I am not an expert.

I use photoshop, but I hear good things about GIMP as a free alternative.

https://www.gimp.org/

You can find tutorials on youtube for the basics - search for GIMP liquify or morph tool and you should find what you need  :)

I just got creative cloud from adobe, and I am still loving the Affinity photo for morphing. I'm surprise they still lagging behind in this.
