As you may all be aware, the atmosphere on TPB isn't always optimal and certainly hasn't improved with the years, this is part due to our policy as we don't want to become the next china-style censored BEA or whatever. I do however believe that if you think somebody is full of shit you should be able to discuss the arguments (even passionately), or agree to disagree and let it be if there's nothing left to be expressed but disgust for each other. I believe people can be polar opposites and still get along in most cases or ignore each other if they can just get beyond their ego for a second.
Anyway, there's quite a bit of shit-showing and toxic behavior going on and our mods are increasingly preoccupied with other things, as such we lack capacity to improve the situation here.
I'm looking for 2 or 3 new moderators that would be interested in improving the overall situation on the forum.

I would also like to encourage everybody to keep reporting posts in violation of our policy, this is the easiest way to bring potentially problematic posts to our attention.
