DMCA / Copyright Claims

Hi there,

as you're all aware, this forum is built by and for the big fake breasts loving community. It means that everyone is allowed to post what they wish. That is: if the content you post to is not illegally obtained and does not void copyright.

The admins and moderators are here to make sure this does not happen, but it is impossible for us to know which content is so called public domain or private content. Plus, the content has often proven to generate more visitors to certain models' homepages.

Also understand that there's no actual content hosted on We only allow linking to other sources. You cannot ask us to remove content which is hosted elsewhere. The texts and messages posted on our board by our members are property of
That leaves exactly zero copyrighted content on our website unless we own the copyright ourselves.

If you still believe there's any content on our server that you wish to have removed (for example: for personal reasons), we keep ourselves true to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: Title II (OCILLA). Which in a nutshell comes down to this:
The OCILLA creates a "safe harbor" for us. This means that we cannot control what others post, but we can control how we deal with it.
In order to claim copyright infringement, we need to get a written and signed notice from the copyright claimer (you), including a signature.
You need to send this to one of the admins of the forum. We will in return respond within 24 hours, indicating if we honor your request if you made a valid claim. If we do not honor your request, it means you better get a good lawyer, because we only deny unreasonable requests.

Your notice needs to contain the following:
1. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. We will need direct URLs to the content/image(s) being referenced.
3. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement by you UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You can send it to one of the admins.

Why such a detailed letter? Some girls actually love to have their content on our forum. They actively participate here. Now, if there's a person holding a grudge against this woman, he can impersonate her and have all her content taken down. That's not what we want, so you need to prove you actually are the owner of the content.

So, cut a long story short: We don't host any copyrighted content. Pictures/movies are hosted elsewhere, and the messages/content is copyrighted by If you for other reasons feel that certain content should be taken down, send us a notice, proving your identity, and we'll get back to you (usually within 24 hours).

Also, to have content removed, you ask one of the admins (kwukduck or me), through a PM.

If you choose to make a scene in public, it will have a negative impact on your personal reflection, we cannot recommend that.

Do not take it up with the original poster. If they're violating our rules, inform the admins/moderators about it to handle it.
The original poster does not have to respond to any threats. Their posts are copyrighted and protected by our forum and you'll have to take it up with the admins/moderators.

The European Court decided that linking to another website which offers copyrighted content is not illegal. is hosted in the Netherlands, a European country, so the Court's decision applies to us as well. ONLY allows linking, we do not host any content ourselves, except for our starmember content, which is copyrighted by

So any claims about linking to content on OTHER websites, including hotlinks and embedded links will be disregarded.
Go to the offending site itself and ask them to stop hosting it. We are not responsible for what other sites do.
