I lived in Orange County for a few years - there are plenty of big fake tits to be found there.
If you remember Denise Milani's videos where she would take her huge tits rollerblading down the boardwalk - that was the Redondo/Hermosa Beach area, right by Los Angeles. Orange County is further south, where you have places like Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. You can even find some at the more common destinations like Venice in LA and Huntington Beach in Orange County.

I'm not the biggest beach bum but I was a guitarist in a rock band. I went to a few nightclubs and I saw lots of fake breasts there; some were huge and displayed in outrageous outfits that left very little to the imagination.

I agree that there are plenty in Newport beach and laguna beach.  I have lived in so cal for the last fifteen year but just moved to china where there are no boobs (sad face).

There are some in LA like redo do and hermosa but more in orange county.  Just go out to Mozambique in laguna beach and you will get your fill.

Meh don't try Redondo. I always seem to find a nice spot to hang while there but the fake tits are sorely lacking. At least in my experience.

Hey everyone. I recently relocated back to LA and I would love to hear any suggestions. I know I probably need to look in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. I'm not very confident about other parts of the city. I would love to hear any other suggestions!

Yep go down to Newport Beach and Laguna in Orange County for beaches. Live in LA but generally go to the beaches there. Better beaches, hotter people, sexier beach vibe (not St Tropez or St Barts but still). LA's beaches, other than a few, aren't that great.
