Going to see Antelope Canyon 5 days post BA?
« on: October 03, 2018, 08:04:43 am »
Hi folks,

Do you think going to see upper antelope canyon is wise 5 days post BA? Everything I've read points to antelope canyon being a walk in the park (Other than maybe a bouncy ride there).

I don't want to take any risks, but my wife does want to go and see it since we are doing the procedure in vegas.

Any opinions and advice on both antelope canyon and moderate walks that soon after surgery is appreciated. Surfing other sites there are only questions about working out, or actual exercise, swimming, etc.

Cheers

You definitely want to avoid excessive bumping and jumping.
Regular walks are fine though.

Remember that it's all still healing on the inside and roughing things up slows down or even compromises this process.
