Recommendations for sexist plastic surgeons
« on: March 24, 2020, 06:57:08 am »
Does anyone have recommendations for plastic surgeons who might be a little old school or sexist? I'm thinking someone with a critical eye who would be my ally in helping nudge my partner to get a couple hundred extra ccs or a higher profile implant. The kind of guy who gets that the final result ultimately needs to impress her husband and will give a wink or a nod to the guy paying for the upgrade. Bonus if he's skilled at other surgeries too, but the breasts come first. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but the surgeon should cater to the wishes of the patient, not her pimp.
I want something good to die for, to make it beautiful to live.

I am not a lawyer, but if a surgeon were to go against the wishes if his patent and instead do the bidding of a third party I guarantee you this is grounds for him losing his medical license and thus him loosing his business. No surgeon in his right mind would be willing to risk having his license revoked over something like what you described.

Let me ask a different question: surely there are some surgeons known for being inflexible in the looks or outcomes they achieve. Are there surgeons members of the community recommend for particular styles? Besides viewing their before/after photos, how to find out a surgeon's style?

If the angle of the original question bothers you, what advice can you give for identifying and avoiding surgeons who prey on insecurities or aren't good at listening to a patient's wants?

Many surgeons have a tendency to motivate clients to go for a certain style, frankly that's quite annoying, being told what looks best on you or your partner by somebody you expect just to fulfill your own wishes. Maybe for some it's helpful, i don't know, it has always bothered me.

Certainly there are surgeons specialized in certain styles, take for example Revis and Pousti, they are basically world famous for doing XXL and 'fake look'. There are others, but these guys are most well known i think.

As far as your 'pushing' your partner is concerned, if anything it's your job to convince her, and if she doesn't want to, sucks for you.

Presented the way you asked the question, even most guys will get defensive.

I think you just need to pick a surgeon who does a ton of 1000cc implants. That way, his ideal of normal could well be in the 600-700 range as opposed to the 400 or so most surgeons will default to.

You should do this with your girlfriend too. Get her to look at 800-1kcc implants to help her see things the right way in the 600-800 range. Otherwise it'll be intimidating if she's checking out all these 350 cc before/afters. If you two don't watch porn together now is a good time to build a new hobby

Yes, being manipulative and negging someone is definitely the path to happiness!

Right, so if you're wanting XLs, encouraging huge implants on round one isn't really helpful- the pocket has to stretch and the muscle pulled away and all that jazz. If you're *both* actually serious about getting larger implants do the XL's on round two, the second go is much easier.
That said, if you want her to want to please you, be worthy of it, don't get some jerk doctor to recommend a choice that'll suck.

The fact you asked that, in that way, you really aren't worthy of the work.

Accurate. I should have omitted the click-bait title.

Your advice is helpful. I have also noticed some surgeons discuss fake and natural looks on their web sites, which is a good sign that they are open to a range of outcomes. Sadly most surgeons in our area post mostly natural looking results, at least publicly.

My fear with the XL surgeons and 1000 cc afters is that I don't want to make her feel this is the only size I'll be happy with or scare her off. While the default assumption on this forum is that every guy wants 1000+ ccs, in truth I just want to help my partner feel comfortable stretching for the fuller, faker end of the spectrum and find a surgeon who is likely to deliver those results.
