This thread requires two massive points of commendation firstly that Delphine has expanded herself magnificently and now has boobs that would be considered legendary in terms of early 2000's adult entertainers. I've started wearing racer top at work under my blouse , and sometime let it open.

The machine have nothing special to be patentable  i think .

But..
The machine is network controlable , so i think that maybe i could lease it to allow girl do live stream where viewer can pay for Ccs and start the machine in real time

Here is the machine inside the casing (I still need to put a front panel to hide the cabling and the PSU)

I've added lightning , to make a beautifull effect when the saline bag will be positionned and the seringe filled with saline
